Participants learn to manage preventable causes of death such as hemorrhage and airway obstruction using tourniquets, chest seals, and airway adjuncts. Training follows the three phases of care: Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, and Tactical Evacuation. Emphasis is placed on applying medical interventions while maintaining mission effectiveness.
